Our Mission

At YourStoryTeller , our mission is to transform real-life experiences into powerful digital stories that inspire awareness, strengthen communities, and create lasting behavior change at the grassroots.

We work to ensure that communities — especially women, youth, and marginalized groups — are not just represented, but empowered to tell their own stories in their own voices. Through local languages, familiar contexts, and authentic narratives, we turn everyday realities into tools for learning, reflection, and action.

Our mission is to make storytelling a practical instrument for development — one that supports health education, gender equality, child protection, livelihood awareness, and human rights through formats that communities understand and trust. We believe that stories grounded in lived experience are more impactful than instructions, and empathy is more powerful than information alone.

By combining human insight with digital innovation, we design storytelling platforms that work even in low-resource settings — reaching those often left behind by technology. From mobile storytelling tools to community workshops and digital talking comics, we make sure that knowledge is accessible, engaging, and culturally rooted.

YourStoryTeller ZMQ also partners with NGOs, CSR initiatives, and institutions to co-create content and outreach programs that address real needs and produce measurable social impact. We believe lasting change is built through collaboration, not charity — and that effective solutions grow stronger when communities and partners build them together.

Ultimately, our mission is simple but powerful:
to ensure that no story is unheard, no voice is ignored, and no community is left behind.

YourStoryTeller (YST) is an innovative digital storytelling platform developed by ZMQ. It has been designed to facilitate training, capacity building, awareness, behavior change, and research through interactive storytelling. YST has been transformed into a sustainable business model by offering it as a ‘YST product’ to various organizations, including NGOs, CSRs, corporations, government agencies, donors, and research institutions.
